I called the owner of the business on the 7th of june 2013 to assist with electrical repairs at our office. the owner promised that he would send someone on the 10th of june 2013 of course no one arrived, i then called him again on the 11th june 2013 and he apologized his excuse he was driving when i called him and he noted my request on a small piece of paper which he accidentally threw away. He then made another promise that he would assist on the 18th june 2013 and once again no one arrived. i called the owner on the 19th of june 2013 and he got very abusive (foul language) towards me. we have been doing business with them for many years and now the owner has the cheak to abuse his customers this way over the phone.
this is very upsetting and a pity, i was told if i cant wait then i should just get someone else to do the job, he never once called me back to say sorry we cannot make it today or whatever, just a bad attitude towards someone who his business makes use of.
