Good day

I am very hurt and i have never felt so helpless and abuse. I moved in to Sunset Gardens Unit 37 in Naturena on the 8 June. This property is managed by Massive properties. I have had endless problems with them and the owner.
I have been without electricity for 5 day now and i have a 18 month old baby boy .i paid rent on the 19 October 2013 .The owner owes the Body corporate rates and levies of R 2323.17 .so now the lights we cut .i spoke to Melanie on Friday telling them to sort this out .cause its not my fault it the owners fault. I emailed her and she promised that my lights would be back on before 6 pm the 21/10/2013 .all my food in my fridge is damaged my child is even sick because of the cold .they treating us like dogs i called the owner to sort and she was even bothered by this. I have reported maintenance from the 13 June 2013 and until today its still has not been fixed and every month i still pay my rent. They have to pay for my groceries and they have to pay my sons doctors fees .they have caused me nothing but suffering. Yesterday when i called the agent she did answer my calls.
