We had a Samsung aircon installed by Bavaria air in our 8 month daughters nursery. When we accepted quote we were told to pay full amount before work and installation could commence-which we did happily. A sales rep came to my property to confirm exact placement of aircon in Nursery area. On the day of installation I returned home to find that the installation was done incorrectly. The aircon was placed on a totally different wall in the Nursery. I then asked installers to please fix the wall and put it on correct wall as discussed with sales rep. The installers did not fix our wall correctly-there is still a huge gap where they had to fill up holes made. They messed glue all over my woollen carpets and left the place in a mess. I have kindly complained to Bavaria Air and they refuse to fix my wall or carpet. I was severely unhappy with the service I received as well as the damage now done. I will have to fix all this damage out of my own pocket. Please be wary of this company!
