They advertise a Telefunken cooker hood and we visited the warehouse on 25 May to buy one and been told they don't stock the item in Durban. The salesman took our telephone number and told us that they will contact us the following day. He never did. A week later we again visited the shop and inquired about our order. I then send a complain to the branch on there website. The same afternoon Johan phoned me and said he will let the manager of that division contact me. Another week later I am still waiting. My wife also inquired about the cooker hood at other branches and all have different stories. We are busy with renovations and are going to need lots of material but with this don't care attitude we rather support other suppliers. Jan Meye
