On Saturday the 10th of August 2013 I made a purchase at Build It Paarl. I bought some copper elbows and connections as well as copper ring connectors for polycop piping as well as a 25 mm connection and clamps.- was busy installing a new water metre and filter. I later discovered that I had bought 2 bends too many and did not use the 2 copper ring connectors. On Sunday 18 August 2013 I went to return the goods to Built It Paarl, because I had no need for it and because it was costly. I took the goods along with the receipt/proof of purchase and entered the premises. I walked right past the security guard at the main entrance with the goods in my hands towards the copper fittings area. I was approached by the clerk that was assisting customers in this category. He started confronting me about the goods I had with me and said I was not supposed to have the goods with me and took it to security. Him and the security then started arguing and pointed at me. I felt very incriminated by the incident and wanted to see the manager. He was too "busy" talking to other customers. His name was Ryan. I returned the goods and left. Pathetic customer service and attitude towards customers.
