Pathetic service, and respect of cutomers

I purchase building material on the 04th of November 2013 after complaining with not receiving my deliveries, the damage goods was delivered on the 22 November 2013 outside my premises and I refuse to accept it. They forge my signature as I accepted the goods, when i went to the shop to complaint, they apologise and promise to deliver in the next working day, the complete goods but it was not done as promised. Why do we have to suffer while we pay our hard earned money. Please don't buy from BUILD IT!!!
