Mr Ernst P. Miog of Amarante Builders is a. I brought him in to help do up a boundry wall and garage for my house. I paid him deposit at which point he began my job during certain intervals i paid him further amounts of money. Once about 80% of the job was paid for (only 40% of the job had been done at this point) I told him that the the remaining balance will be paid upon completion.
After this conversation, he did not come to work stating he had a car problem. I then after 2 weeks told him I would like to meet with him. He would not meet with me. I then got a colleague of my to pretend to be a potential customer and make a time with him. I met with him at this time at which point his vehicle was running fine although he had told me the day before he was in Durban and his car was still in the workshop.
He was vary rude and would not discuss my job only telling me he had declared his company insolvent and I must take him to court. I am busy taking the matter further legally.
