Jannie quoted to do a building Renovation and was paid two draws never paid contractors, ran out of money and could not finish the job.. so he just walked off without completing anything he had been paid to do. Be careful please when paying builders make sure that when those draws are payable the work has been completed. A shame for the industry. I contract builders and should have known better... my bad.
