I purchased a garage lock from Builders Warehouse at Gleneagles on the 02/03/2013. The lock did not fit my garage door so i returned it to the same branch. I was told by the person who assisted me that my cheque account will be credited with the funds due to me purchasing it on my card. To date, no refund has been received after countless calls and even after i personally went in to try and get this resolved. I was promised that my query will be looked at, i did receive a call back from a lady at builder (cannot remember her name) she was very helpful and kept me in the loop. I came in and seen Shyla at enquiries and she tried to assist but to no avail, they could not pick up that my account has been credited... obvious, hence i was there to try and get my money back. To date, i have not heard from Shyla even after i personally showed her the item which i returned. Shyla confirmed that for that week, other accounts were credited for the same product, but those accounts does not belong 2me
