I recvd the MOST APALLING SERVICE.We were at Buiders @ around 9.30am 2 purchase wooden boards. We handed in &paid up @ 10.43am. We were told the wood would b cut in an hour. We then shopped around & left the store 2 get lunch. An hour later, we returned 2 be told - it'll be another hour. We did notice that our cuttings didn't even start @ that point. However we still were patient. We sat the entire day, watching other customers who came after us & got their cuttings done before us & left. There was also a couple who brought in wood from an external source, & they got their edging done, who knows if they even paid. Something 4 u 2 look into. We STILL remained patient, thinking our order was big, so they were perhaps getting stuff cleared. We were there up until closing time, only for the guy to come tell me that he can not complete the edging. He had put the machine off & refused to finish the job. He knew very well we were waiting the whole day.we paced up and down from 12pm ensuring our presense was noticed. I am disgusted at how ur company wasted our time & money. We paid for a delivery vehicle & have to pay again to fetch the wood tomorrow, not 2 mention a waste of time. Staff were flippant
