Please be aware that this man markets his plumbing services (Jays Plumbing and Irrigation Solutions for us or, as we've since learned, Monsoon Irrigation) door to door as a new business he's trying to get up and running... but he's really a -artist. Whatever you do, do not let him onto your property, do not give him a cash deposit or advance funds for supplies... call your security service provider instead. Based on our experience this week, he will present himself well, appear knowledgeable about your plumbing issues, give you a quote (even do part of the work), give you references (not reachable at the time of course and most likely friends if/when you do get through), a cell number (0782069890), leave to get correct tools/supplies and never return. This cost us R1200. Don't get.
