The owner, Vienna Harmse, bumped my car while stationery at a red robot on 18 January 2013. I've been trying ever since to get her to accept responsibility for the accident (which she did) and pay for the damages (about R20 000) or use her insurance to resolve the problems. Nearly 4 months later and I am nowhere near to repairing my car. Her husband, Theo Harmse undertook about 2 months ago to assist, but what a joke! Every time I call to follow up, he has a different story or issue that's preventing him from helping me right away. I am utterly disgusted in these people's business ethics and will NEVER do business with these people!
