Useless incompatant bad bad service

I took my personal 2p HDPVR in for a problem cutting out on recorded programs. I explained to the attendant that i am an accredited insaller and that this decoder has a hard drive problem he insisted that it was software problem. I futher explained to him that the software version was the latest. version available. He still insisted that the problem would be resolved after he does an upgrade. Not wanting to cause your company further embarisment a agreed to wait the 30 Min it would take to do the upgrade. After the upgrade was completed he suggested that he re format the hard drive. A agreed and he did not even know how to get into green screen best of all did not even know the pin code. I am sick a tied of your company mud sling our accredited installer companies with remarks like maybe the guy that did your installation did not know what he was doing.
This is my last warning to your company get your act together i am not going to mention my company's name as this is not promote my company and guess what my decoder still has the same problem. what now.
