I strongly urge anyone who is thinking of re-doing/building a kitchen, bathroom vanities, shelving or BIC's to never use a company called Quantumline. They are the most unprofessional and unethical company I have ever come across in this industry, and in my opinion outright!
Quantumline will quote and promise you exceptional service and product, but when it comes to delivery, they simply do not deliver on their promises. Their workmanship is appalling and unsupervised, and when I tried to get a hold the MD (Will Howard), he simply does not return phone calls or emails, nor is he prepared to meet on site to discuss outstanding work which I was quoted on.
As it stands now, Quantumline have not rectified any of the snags which were brought to their attention, nor have they completed the job. According to Mr Howard, they under quoted me and refuse to lose further monies by continuing. Not my problem! It has been my biggest headache and frustration dealing with this company. After unsuccessful attempts to get a hold of anyone in this company who is prepared to assist me, I now have to get another company to complete the outstanding work which Quantumline have left me with.
