I was 45 minutes on the telephone line with a consultant just to confirm that there is a problem. he confirmed will send a new print head and i have to wait 7 - 10 working days. Surely this is a problem for 2 weeks i cant print or do anything how do i run a business with no printing facilities. Tried downlaoding and following instructions as per email and even firmware doesnt pick up this printer. I bought this from one of the distrubutors which is Makro Edenvale in Aug 2012. This printer is under guarentee surely they must replace this with a new one. What is a use of buying this with a warranty and just want to fix and not replace and in the meantime i sit with the inconvenience. Even my scanner doesnt want to function due to printer not wanting to work.
