I have on numerous occasions mailed for answers? After numerous attempts i get an answer which is not answered completely. They gave me the assurance that i will have my items ordered before Friday. It has been sent, but according to SA post office, tracking number don't exist.
as i say again, good prices does not equal bad service!!!
if you can't keep promises, don't make them.
