Hard drive Dead, 10 power cuts a month

I am getting absolutely Sick and tired of this, our condition of our power lines in the area is Horrible, the boxes on the poles don't have covers, our power trips so much that i get tired of logging calls!
Now my one Hard drive on my PC packed up, One invoice coming your way Eskom to replace my Hard drive.

I Work from home and use my Computer for work, which makes my work even harder to do. I dont even get Cellphone coverage when the power goes out due to it effecting a MTN tower near my house, No idea why MTN has not complaint yet, maybe i should contact them about this issue aswell.
