On Fri the 17-May-13 I was on my way home from Sandton, upon arriving at the exit at Rhodesfield I noticed that my card did not allow me to pass through as I had insufficient funds on my card, I waited at the customer service window and was approached by Brenda who had a terrible attitude, she informed me that I had R5 outstanding on my card, when reaching for my bag, I noticed that I had left my wallet in my car and asked Brenda if she could arrange for the security guards to accompany me to my car to fetch my wallet, she replied "No", I then asked her "How to you want me to pass thru? " She said "Its not my problem" and she walked to the next window were she helped other customers, I then waited an additional 15 Min at the window until the security standing at the check out point gave me R5 as he witnessed the whole incident and he witnessed the absolutely astonishing attitude I had received, should the security not have helped me, Brenda would not have been phased that I was waiting there.
I trust that this matter would be dealt with and that nobody in future would receive this kind of treatment.
