We do a lot of work with interconnect and the service is always great.
We recently had more than one job on a single quote and the job card was signed off but we missed one of the jobs on the job card. It was signed off from our side and only realised when it got filed 3 weeks later.
I spoke to Ricky at interconnect and he arranged another call out free of charge and had everything fixed even though the mistake was made by us.
I can not recall a single job done by interconnect where we had any problems and the service and attitude from their side is great.
