You owe me the money - It is no goodwill gesture

I get an sms for ref S3-T9781-14NN saying they are giving me money back as a goodwill gesture but that I did actually use the data.
Wake up! Don't you record phone calls? I never said I didn't use the data! I said that I have upgraded from 200MB bundle to 1GB data Bundle but it doesn't reflect and you are charging me at out of bundle rates! You are wrong. You owe me the money with an apology!
I have an SMS that confirms the upgrade at the beginning of December 2013 when I signed my contract, and a Vodacom consultant was able to verify that it had merely not been actioned on the database. Just do the upgrade on 14 December > Bill me accordingly > and stop telling me you are doing me favours when you give me my money back!
I hope ICASA keeps cutting interconnect rates until the big players have to compete on service!
