Multiple reports for different branches?

I had quite an interesting experience about KFC which I wanted to report.
One branch gave me excellent service, which I gladly sent a compliment.
As I'm traveling a bit, I found awful service at another branch, which i wanted to report.
But I found only 1 report would be submitted in a 5 day period?
Why is this? Is there no option for reporting different experiences at different branches?
