Why do you still call them companies who respond?

It amazes me how many companies are listed here as "Companies who respond", when they do not. Just because they pay you, that's the listing they get - when in fact many simply don't bother responding to comments. Ster Kinekor is my most recent example. Just call them "Companies who pay" - it's more honest.
