This is the only way I can contact you as there is no option on your website.
On 28th I placed a complaint about Cell C re false advertising and no customer service. They promptly placed a standard response in the reply saying someone would contact me and I am still waiting. I'm at the end of my tether because today my connectivity is going to be terminated because they're changing their software and not one of their outlets can upgrade my Nokia dongle which I bought from them 8 months ago on a 12 month prepaid conmtract - paid upfront. They have my money but I can't get them to do anything, even talk to me. CELL C DOES NOT RESPOND. Please can you take them off that list and monitor companies who hide behind one liner responses and don't follow through. many thanks
