A while ago I dropped off a lap top to be repaired at Matrix near woodmead. I never heard from the guys, when I went passed the site the shop had closed down.
When I contacted the head office I was told they will investigate, then some one left a message on my cell saying I should contact the owner of the store because the head office can't help me since they are all a franchise. But the guy didn't bother leaving a number or any thing. This did happen some time ago but it doesn't change Matrix is not very professional when dealing with customers property
