I took my computer in to Cube IT to find out why when I switched it on nothing happened on the screen. After having to phone them twice to find out what was happening they said it needed a new motherboard, processor etc. We had just put all new parts in this machine at huge expense and did not want to proceed so I collected the machine. When I got home I tried to switch it on and nothing happened. So I asked them why it was switching on when I took it in to them and now it wasnt and got told by Mr Elsbury that the mother board was to blame etc. That does not answer my question as to why it switched on and ran before they worked on it and now it doesnt. Poor service indeed.
