I purchased a new Samsung Ativ Windows 8 tablet on 1 December 2012. The touch screen stopped functioning in early June 2013 when the machine was only 6 months old. It went in for repairs on 8 June 2013. Today I was contacted and told that the parts were not available and that I would have to wait longer for the repair. I told the lady who called me that this was unacceptable and that she needed to take this up with Samsung as I want a replacement unit and that she needed to get back to me. I have received no response. On checking the conditions of a warranty repair I note that it states that "Should that take more than 21 days, the item will be replaced or refunded". I would like a replacement unit immediately please as per your own T&C's?
