I imported a payment batch from an Excel CSV file.. After trying to view the TB, it told me there were data integrity issues... Obviously its a system error. The TB was suddenly out with much more than the amounts imported..

In my opinion if you sell a product, it should work properly and the client that paid for the product, trusted it would be in a working condition, does not have to pay to fix the errors that the product has and which is the company's fault...

Pastel is not taking responsibility for its own programmers' mistakes. I am so disappointed in the Pastel policy that I experienced today... I would go as far as saying that this is a BAD CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY issue.
