I bought an iPhone5 cable & sync charger from IFix in Melrose & it was abit faulty so i called & ask for a change, although i arrived at 6:20pm, the ladies waited for me even though they were knocking off at 6, they changed the charger, no problems. The new charger also gave me problems, i took it back, no questions still, this time they gave me one that costs more than the one i had bought, apologised for the inconvenience, all in just 5mins. This is amazing service. I really would like to thank the ladies at Ifix & commend them to keep doing an excellent job, as the faces of IFix, they are just amazing people to deal with & understand the essence of customer service. Even when i drowned my Iphone 4s, they helped me very graciously & effectively & called me to come & pick it up, even though it was irreparable, all in 2days.
I would definitely recomment IFix to all Apple product users. I really appreciate it, keep up the good work.
