Good Day

My name is Le Clue Coertzen. I have a contract with vodacom for my HP Pavilion DV7, which states very clearly: "Next day collect and repair. In March 2013 my laptop started giving me hard drive errors, by which I then proceeded to contact HP and told them that my whole laptop was formatted and that it is giving me hard drive problems. They then gave me a reference nr: RN48741828 ON 18 March 2013, after not receiving any feedback from HP Le me Repair and numerous attempts to get a technician to come out, I contacted them again on 18 April 2013- Ref nr: RN49492866, and they said that they were still waiting for parts and they would contact me the next day with feedback. On 26 April 2013 i was still waiting for my hard drive, by this time I have lost a huge amount of work already. Ref nr: N49492866, they said someone will come out. Eventually the hard drive was replaced a week later, then after that the motherboard packed up Ref nr: RN50512430-11/06/2013, RN50615681-14/06/2013 AND the Heat Sink packed up, Ref nr: RN50694471. Needless to say that I paY a load For this machine and I have lost so much wok and they still insist on repairing instead of replacing. PLEASE HELP
