BAD BAD SERVICE

I applied to study at Unisa, i have been calling for weeks now hoping to know about my application status. When i call the JHB branch 0124296171 the phone rings and then someone i think just picks up and drops the phone, i just called the cape town branch but the person was struggling to answer my quesions so he decided to drop the line. I am seriously dissappointed with the service i get everytime i interact with UNISA. its now registration and havent received anything
