Trying to retake the test

On the 22nd and 23rd of april 2013 i went for a pastel 2 course. Saturday the 13/07/2013 i write my assesment and friday i called preffered solutions for my serial number they send it via email to me and when i called back to asked can i do the practise asessment melissa from preffered solutions said yes And they have to come back to me and didnt received any response from them. Accoring to them if you do the assessment online it is for free and you get 2 chances and if you write it at their premisses it wil cost you R250.00.This morning i phoned and asked i am still waiting for your call o im so sorry so she said if i want to write again i must pay R250.00 for my serial number. Can someone come back to me please she send me a email now that you get 2 chances but the second one you must pay for and when we went for that pastel course they say online its for free. And say sorry for friday it was a little bit busy but it is no excuse for me because if i could 'ive practise my assesment then i would've past it. I think preffered solutions is a very bad company.
