Bad Service and No Feeback from her and the Financ

I wanted a refund as i over paid my course fees last year. I requested a refund on the 7th of Jan 2014. she told me she will process the request for me. she asked for supporting documents, I emailed her all these on the same day. She said she has sent it off to be processed. I followed up on the 10th and nothing has been done. i called everyday since then to follow up. The Finance department confimed that the requested wasnt logged.

I followed up and insisted this is processed. They promised me the payment will be made by the 15th. i follwed up, and i told that the payment is made and will refect by Monday the 20th. Still there was nothing. I spoke to a gentlemen (Wilfred) he said the deposit will be made on tuesday and the money will reflect. Only to find out they deposited a CHEQUE. I mean who on this earth deposits cheques that take 7-14 working days to clear. I am sooo MAD. Its been a Month now, can somebody MAKE It happen.
