Incomplete assessment and disappointing service

I took my PC in to be assessed as it was randomly rebooting. I got it back on Monday, with the technician supposedly having found the issue. After a day, the issue returned and it became clear the PC had not been properly assessed. After trying to get hold of the technician telephonically for 2 days with no call back, I visited the store again. The technician confirmed he had not tested the PSU or stress tested my machine after it was rebuilt. His attitude was also somewhat arrogant and instead of offering to retest the machine, he told me to get the store I bought it from to test it - not really an option as I bought it online. The sad thing is I was prepared to buy a new PSU from them and pay the installation cost instead of going through the returns process. I won't be going back to them in the future for any components or service, and can't recommend this store to anyone else either.
