We paid up front for all six modules for the PCI Training in December 2011 offered by Sage Pastel. Due to the Durban office not being able to provide the adequate training, we have only been able to complete two of the six modules. Despite numerous requests to the Pastel Durban office for our refund for the four remaining modules, and having submitted all the paperwork requested for the refund to Pastel, we STILL have not been refunded. Our initial refund request was made on the 29th May 2013 and it is now the 13 September 2013.
