Today (2013/04/18) I decided to have a look at the specials for the week. I came across this little deal here: [URL Removed] which is worth taking time to go buy one. This product is advertised as a SEAGATE 2TB USB3.0 DESKTOP EXTERNAL HARD DRIVE which is USB powered as per your website. Apparently it wasn't true at all, as I got the shock of my life. This product is externally powered, which is unacceptable, considering it is actually listed as Usb powered device on the HiFi Corp website. The person I spoke to said to me this is incorrect, as you don't stock 2TB usb powered external hard drives at all. You website has no mention of errors and omissions excepted, which means, the product advertised is supposed to be the product sold, regardless of what is not stocked.
This took a huge chunk out of my busy day, meaning I had to drive to the shop to be shocked. As I'm out on the road 90% of the time, the isn't a way on earth that an externally powered External Hard drive will work.
