I am being wrongly billed. I have complaint several times regarding my water account and nothing has been done to rectify my account. Instaed of fixing the account they have handed it over to the lawyers. The meter reader who takes the reading takes reading which I don't know where does he get those readings from. Theydiffer with more than 1500.I have never seen him/her entering my premises. The local and head office have failed to assist me and fix my account.
