Wrong Christmas gift!!!???

Product ordered online and I even telephonically confirmed that they do have stock, still wrong item was sent for Christmas!!
Now the product I've ordered, is no longer available!
Nothing makes up for the embarrasment of a wrong gift at Christmas.
