I am a frequent game buyer from the Eastgate branch as well as my gran mom who has bought 300 hidden objective games from there.
I find the store very wheelchair accessible for me even when the store is chock and block.
I decided to purchase the xbox360 from the store last week Tuesday and I purchased Call of Duty Modern Warefare2.
The xbox works perfectly however on Friday night when I got home from work, when I set up the live and started playing the game,
It suddenly gave an error saying *Disk is not readable*, as you can imagine I was quite upset because that was the only game I had and could not even play on my newly purchased Xbox.
I then did what it suggested, I cleaned the Disk with a soft cloth however I noticed weird rings around the disk in the shape of a perfect circle.
I then, in frustration, contacted the manager of BT games in East gate and he told me that it could have been due to a small bump to the machine however the machine was only switched on once since i bought it.
The manager did offer a buff service but the game still did not work.
Shouldn't there be like a week guarantee or something?
