I have received no form of correspondence from your organisation requesting any form of acknowledgement or approval from myself for the R350 deducted from my MTN account every month. I have never under any form given any consent for the money to be deducted from my account. I don't even know what your company does. Nor will I be interested in future. I will be contacting the Public protector as well to investigate you guys as what you are doing is unethical, illegal and unacceptable. I have cancelled with MTN and I will be expecting a refund from you guys soonest. With such business practice i wish your company good luck
