Dear Sir/ Madam
I enquired about a loan and received an email and a call and declined the offer. Ther email stated that I need to log into the website and "Once we have received your once-off payment of R350 at the time you notified us was convenient for you, you will find your paralegal certificate reflect in your client portal." Today an amount of R350 was deducted from my account and I never notified anyone or gave any consent for money to be deducted from my account and have never logged into the website. Also no one told me that I will need to pay R350 to enquire about loan on the website. I used quite a number of website to enquire and complete the same form but none of them deducted money from my account. Can someone please make Loan Finder to refund me my R350 as no consent was given to take money from my account.
