I bought an nintendo 2 DS from BT games Greenacres and a week later the device stopped working. We were told that there is nothing that they can do and would need to send it to jnb for testing. Today however I was told that it is gone for repairs to Johannesburg, however the slip states that if it is faulty it would be exchanged. I will never purchase anything from that store ever again
