I was disappointed a few weeks ago when I went to Bytes in Kloof to see Nelly. I was late for my appointment with her and didn't realise that she was busy with training the whole morning. She asked my wife and I to wait until 3pm. That frustrated me even more.
While waiting I searched Bytes on the net and picked up a complaint on Hellopeter. I piggybacked off that and added my sad story. She called us in at about 1:30pm and I finally got to meet Nelly. She spent alot of time with us and answered all of our questions and explained everything really well. We got to Nelly really well after that because my wife called her often with questions and she always took the time to answer us via email or telephone calls.
My only regret is that I cannot retract the comments I posted on this site.
To Nelly please take this as an apology, I behaved like a human and judged you without even getting to know you and what you do in a day. For that I am really sorry because you have taken the time out of your busy day to help us.
