Mellissa Govender runs a dot com business trading as Appulative. Consumers please be warned of this person and company. She requested her full fee up front and has not delivered on any of her commitments to deliver 3 websites. After she missed her own deadlines, we gave her until Friday 13 December to complete the work or refund the total amount we paid upfront. She promised faithfully to honour this, but is still making empty promises. We are now pursuing to lay criminal charges of against this company on behalf of our US donors (we are a non-profit company). She apparently operates from George - her address P O Box 5630, George, Western Cape, 5630 / tel 060 429 8681 or 076 718 4392. We have heard that she runs another organisation called The Geekosphere where if you google - you will see complaints too. She makes countless excuses and now says she is closing Appulative because clients have not paid her. Difficult to believe as she asks for money up front. We are pursuing this legally and will appreciate any other people who have had the same experience to contact us via Hello Peter.
