TERRIBLE TERRIBLE SERVICE
We sent a printer in for repair and received a ProForma invoice on the 25/11/2013. We had a miscommunication on our side and payment was not effected until 04/12/2013. On 10/12/2013 we wrote to ask if the printer was ready yet and they told us it was already collected! We did a full investigation at our dispatch to try find the printer, to no avail. After telling Ensure that we don't have it, they said it was collected by Hi-Fi Corporation and I was sent a job sheet that showed a completely different printer. They had mixed our printer with some job for Hi-Fi corporation. We figured the problem out FOR THEM, and after apologising, told us the unit is ready for collection, again. We sent our driver with a copy of our job sheet to make sure they don't confuse it again, and they sent our driver away... apparently saying that they want a proof of payment?? But we paid them in the beginning or the job would not go ahead?? Nobody called or tried to solve the problem, they just sent the driver packing. I'm still waiting since 20/12/2013 for a response. Terrible Service, Terrible Communication, Terrible organisation. We'll never use Ensure again.. for sanity's sake!
