My Pastel Business Online Support Centre Rocks!

I am a financial services provider assisting small business with implementing sound financial management. I have chosen My Pastel Business Online as my preferred accounting software package and recommend it widely to my client base. Just today, I ran into a little glitch where I was importing a bank statement with 1231 transactions on it. I imported, allocated but could not process the bank statement. When I called the support centre, Sheldon Beilings assisted me. He told me that the bank statement was too big and when I explained to hi that I had spent 2 days allocating this statement on the system, he went the extra mile by exporting my transactions, splitting them for me and sending them back to me so that I could just import and process.

This is service. The other option open to me would have been to delete 2 days worth of work split the original import file and re-import and reallocate (costing another 2 days). Thanks to Sheldon this was not necessary and for his extra mile, I thank him.
