In the month of November my cellphone account reached a bill of R2000 which has never happened, when i phoned my service provider Cell c, i was told that smsnetsa is deducting R2.68 a day from my account and I have never subcribed to your services, please remove my number from my services. It should be a criminal offense to do this to people, this is a rip off, I would like smsnetsa to refund me for the charges they made on my account.
