Billed for services not subscribed to. Contacted MTN today and was informed by the consultant I was billed by Smsnet-sa. The MTN consultant offered to instruct Smsnet on my behalf to cancel the unauthorised subscription and that cancellation will be confirmed by sms. Still waiting for the sms. I have just received another unwanted promotional sms, I hope this is not another Smsnet message!!
