My Nedbank account has been debited with the amount of R399.00 on the 29th of Nov 2013 of which i dont have any authorised transaction on my account, however i call the bank to verify the transaction and they gave me number of the company which debited on my account. I call them to enquire about the transaction and they said they are providing services to the another company by name of East Coast Telemarketing which is situated in Durban, I called them and they said they will refund me within 7 working day even now im still waiting for my refund and when i call them i cant go through.
