Do yourself a favor and never sign a contract (if you can get a proper one out of them) with MSP and/or Goldman Tech
MSP works as a broker company for Golman tech who contacted me for a contracting job at one of their clients. I agreed to go for an interview and ever since then they were basically lying through their teeth.
They couldn't even get the wording right in my contract, I had to send it back about 4 times and eventually just signed the incorrect contract so I can at least get paid.
Then after I argued with them in a few mails that my rate that they worked out for me will not work out to the salary which I agreed apon, but they kept on telling me that it will work itself out... which it didn't.
I got so fed up with them that I resigned from their company, and I was rehired by another contracting company who placed me at the same client.
They billed the client for a full month for me working there when I only worked half a month after resigining
About a month after resigning I got an email with an invoice for R78k for a placement fee, even though I was not employed by the client permanently. I mailed them back asking them why I got invoiced, but they didn't even reply
