After logging a call and being assured of a visit by Duane/Jacques to attend to some laptop issues, we`ve still to get a visit or call from anybody at SoReal. I have had to make numerous phonecalls, sent repeated emails and to date (5 days later) have not had any un-prompted contact from these guys, nor any explanation of why we are being ignored either. I am unable to generate reports that I need to submit and my work output is affected by this which I find totally unacceptable and unnecessary.
